The Sales and Marketing Trainee will be integrated into the Office Management team in which you will implement all the sales and marketing fundamentals in the B2B service industry.

The focus of the internship will be the development of the Sales and marketing strategy and supporting various business development initiatives.

3 main pillars:

1. Business development:

• Assist in Market research including competitor analysis, customer insights and industry trend assessment

• Support lead generation and pipeline development

• Help prepare sales materials including reach-out messages, sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies

• Support preparing sales calls with prospects

• Use and provide feedback on AI initiatives to augment our sales process

• Participate in the weekly sales and marketing meetings with the local management and provide your input

• Identification of interesting external events for lead generation

1. Marketing Campaigns

• Maintenance and update of the intranet & other internal communication channels

• Presentations, white books, follow-up and publications of consultants’ articles

• Update of the Belgian website

• Support social media management by drafting content and monitoring engagement

• Support on publication of content on BearingPoint’s social media

• Assist in organizing events and webinars

1. CRM 

• Maintenance of our database: inputting leads (with firm-wide CRM support)

Ideal profile:

• Very good oral and written command of English is mandatory

• Perfect command of French or Dutch (a minimum knowledge of the other is required)

• Motivation, creativity, proactivity and dynamism

• Team spirit

• Rigorous and willing to learn

• Understanding of basic business development and marketing principles
